Walter Mart recently signed on the services of audioWAV to create Walter Mart Radio. This Instore Radio station will cover all Walter Mart Shopping Centers and Supermarkets with a choice selection of music and focused messages. The music will cater to the family oriented theme of Walter Mart’s Shopping Centers. Customers will now enjoy a more relaxed and cheerful shopping experience in both the shopping centers and supermarkets. Tastefull messages and radio commercials will welcome shoppers and inform them of everything there is to enjoy at Walter Mart. Messages will also bid them a warm thanks and goodnight at the end of every shopping day. Walter Mart is excited with the prospect of once again hearing the kind of music and messages they envision for their chain. Walter Mart Radio is expected to go on air by late August or early September of 2007.

audioWAV is back in the World Wide Web with a user friendly site that is more interactive and sports a funky new look!

Tio Pepe’s Karinderia launched its first store at Edsa Central Marketplace, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila,Philippines in August 2007. This ground breaking quick service cafeteria or “karinderia” style restaurant also launched its own Instore Radio Station, Radyo ni Tio Pepe. Radyo ni Tio Pepe completes the dining experience of great inexpensive home cooking and a clean friendly restaurant with cheerful dining music. Music caters to the broad masses who work on a very tight budget, yet wish to enjoy great food, a clean restaurant, great service and good songs. The specialized radio commercials and announcements inform customers of new stores, new food to try and great offers and services. In time, customers and staff will be able to send their greetings, birthday wishes and request for songs through their mobile fones via SMS and through email.

The sound system for Tio Pepe’s new store was also sourced from audioWAV. The Icon ceiling speakers, subwoofers and amplifiers provide crisp quality sound throughout the store. Tio Pepe’s Icon systems are the same systems used by world renowned institutions and businesses such as the NASA Mission Control Center, Xiamen Gaoci International Airport and Marriott Hotel Group.
